I love how my photography leads me to interesting places. Recently it took me to New York for a job (read about it here) and I had a bit of spare time whilst I was there to enjoy the city and wonder freely with my camera.
New Yorkers are friendly people and I found that I ended up in many conversations with locals and even making a few new friends on my travels with a camera. It's amazing what approaching someone and asking to photograph them can lead to.
