Occasionally my phone rings and I get a question that makes me smile. This shoot started from one of those calls...
*Ring Ring Ring*
"Hello, Charlie Clift."
"Hi Charlie, would you like to photograph the first ever Help for Heroes clothing catalogue?"
"YES!"
Pretty much says it all.
Tanya at Help for Heroes wanted to do this properly and make a beautiful catalogue to help promote the great clothing that they sell to raise money for their awesome charity. So together we gathered a team of fantastic people to work for two days making lifestyle images.
Our location was Tedworth House, one of the recovery centres that Help for Heroes run where injured servicemen and their families can come to recover and recuperate. It has just about everything you could possibly need in a recovery centre, even a revolving artificial ski slope (like this one: link).
Thanks to being well planned and organised we squeezed a lot into just two days of photography and produced easily enough great images to fill a couple of catalogues.
You can see the catalogue as part of the Help for Heroes magazine here: LINK
